These kind of production was widely widespread in the seventeenth century in furnishing both homes and churches, in order to decorate curtains, cushions, armchairs.
In the first three pictures you can see a 3 inc. height and 100 long inc. fringe
The other three images show another type of fringe of 6 1/2 inc. height and two different lenghts: 96 inc. and 70 inc.
